Ryan and his right hand man, Carl, did the annual service on the boiler at our old address, so when we moved, and had a problem, they were the first we called Ryan came out immediately, told us what was involved, gave us a list of options on prices, upgrading etc., put us under no pressure at all and told us to phone him when we had made a decision. He personally supervised the job, not that Carl needs supervising, from beginning to end. We are pensioners, and were surprised; there was no mess, no fuss, no inconvenience and everything was hoovered, using their own equipment, and rubbish removed. The price was exactly as agreed, the service was excellent from start to finish and we would not contact anyone else. We must stress that we have no connection with Southwest Oil Heating Specialists, and our opinion is based entirely on the service we have received from them, over the years”
