Terms and conditions

  1. A £25 deposit is payable to secure your preferred date and time slot. (This will be deducted from the final bill at the engineers visit).
  2. If no deposit is paid at the time of making the booking, the booking will not be confirmed. You will receive an email that the booking has been cancelled shortly after making it.
  3. The 10% discount offered applies only to our current service or repair charges. i.e If making a service visit, the current cost is £69 plus vat. So you will receive a £6.90 discount off of the total invoice. (Please see the ” our prices” page on the website, for our current service or repair charges).
  4. All final invoices need to be paid on completion of the job at the engineers visit. If paying by bank transfer, these need to be made the same day. All credit card payments carry a 1.95% merchant handling fee that will be added to the invoice total. A cheque or cash can also be used to make payment.
  5. Your date and time will be confirmed via email once we receive the £25 deposit, and unless we call you, we will attend on the specified date and time you have chosen 100% guaranteed.
  6. The deposit is non refundable, but the date and time can be changed by you,if given 48hrs notice via email or by telephone. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours and any voice-mail messages left will be responded to within 4 hours.
  7. If the calendar is showing fully booked and your job is fairly urgent i.e a Breakdown/repair visit. Please do not hesitate to call or email us direct, as we can normally fit more calls in, even when the calendar day is showing ” booked”.
